At Panalytics we bring full visibility, analytics, and insight from compressor stations to the engineers and operators, so they are more data-driven, predictive and proactive. We leverage extensive amount of domain expertise along with high frequency data from compressors, machine learning and data science, and build predictive maintenance solutions for Midstream, Refinery and other applications of the compression industry.

Asad Molayari

Chief Executive Officer

Asad brings +8 years of experience in data science and machine learning, advanced data analytics, engineering, and software development. He holds two MSc degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Petroleum Engineering.

Tilan Ukwatta, PhD

Chief Technology Officer

Tilan brings +10 years of experience in advanced data analysis and machine learning. Formerly worked at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center and at Los Alamos National Laboratory as a Director's Fellow, Tilan has a PhD in physics.

Jose Cosa

Chief Engineering Officer

Jose brings +30 years of experience in the design, operations and troubleshooting of different type of compressors including single screw and recipe.

Sam Stukenborg

Project Support Engineer

Sam is responsible for installing the data acquisition hardware and setup of the data polling software. He coordinates and manages projects while providing technical expertise in gas compression systems, from selection to maintenance. Sam also creates and maintains project documentation, collaborates with cross-functional teams, troubleshoots technical issues, and ensures compliance with quality and safety standards.

Andrew Connor

Director of Business Development and Sales

Andrew brings over 20 years of experience in technical customer support, engineering, and sales of various types of compressors, including single screw and reciprocating compressors. He possesses a profound understanding of gas compression systems across diverse applications, such as refineries, oil fields, and power plants.

Srisaravana Manicaraja

Principal Software Engineer

Srisaravana has done PGD in IT and is a professional member of The British Computer Society. He loves to create intuitive software solutions. He also writes science articles and takes natural photography.
